Swanzey Planning Board


Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 that an application for Site Plan Review submitted by David Bergeron, agent on behalf of HRK 14, LLC, will be submitted to the Planning Board on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at 6 p.m. at Whitcomb Hall 17 Main Street, Swanzey during the regular meeting of the Planning Board.  The property is situated off Old Richmond Road and is shown at Tax Map 25, Lot 14 situated in the Residence District.  The applicant wishes to construct two duplex buildings (total of 4 units).  If the Planning Board determines that the application is complete, a PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at Whitcomb Hall 17 Main Street. 

Individuals having special needs covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act should notify the Planning Board’s Office at least seven days prior.
