History
In response to a charge from the Selectboard to assist in the evaluation and development of plans for aging and underperforming municipal facilities, the Committee issued a Request for Proposals for Municipal Facilities Needs and Site Alternatives Analysis services in September of 2013 and selected the firm of Daniel V. Scully Architects to lead a consultant team to assist the Committee with this effort.   The results of this exhausting analysis, the Swanzey Municipal Study, presented to the Selectboard in October of 2014, provides reviews of each of the Town’s major facilities, their current and future adequacy, and alternative sites and building configurations for consideration by the Board and the citizens of the town.
